ROBERTO FARINACCI. Member of the Fascist Grand Council and former Secretary of the Party, asked immediate severance of relations with Great Britain and France in the publication II Regime Fascista. Farinacci said in part: “ Considering the present military inefficiency of Britain and the internal weakness of France, it is better to strike the blow than in the distant tomorrow which will be more advantageous to our enemies.”
