ASSAULT AND THEFT.
TWO PRIBONERB SENTENCED. (By Telegrapn.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court Mr Justice Reed to-day sentenced Sidney Patterson Fairhall, seaman, for assault causing bodily harm, to fifteen months’ hard labour and John Kapuaroa, a native, for breaking, entering and theft and breaking and entering with Intent to commit a crime to 18 months’ reformative detention on each charge, to be concurrent.
