GETTING IN CLOSER TOUCH. LONDON, Aug. 3. At the Vogelensang Jamboree Lord Baden-Powell inaugurated an Overseas Council as an informal clearing-house for Information between the Home country, the Dominions and India, resulting in closer touch, like a miniature Imperial Conference.
