CARNIVAL DANCE.
ENJOYABLE LODGE FUNCTION. The Pride of Hamilton Druid Lodge met for the fortnightly meeting in Toorak Chambers on July 27, Bro. A. Cowley presiding over a good attendance of members and visiting lodge members. Business was got through smartly and lodge closed and went into harmony. A carnival dance was held and was greatly enjoyed by all present. A novelty waltz was won, by Mrs Franks and partner, and items were given by Lola Simmons (tap dances) and Muriel Whittaker (songs). Extras were played by Mrs Murch, assisted by Mesdames Henderson and Franks, and Bros. Cowley and E. Wallace were M’s.C. Supper was served by the ladies of the social committee.
