GAOL FOR MOTORIST.
INTOXICATION CHARGE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. Seven days’ gaol and cancellation of his driver’s license for twelve months was imposed on George (Kenneth Hitching (54) to-day for intoxication in charge of a car. GARAGE OWNER FINED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Monday. Eric Clarence Taylor (34), of Invercargill, a garage proprietor, was fined £5 for being intoxicated in charge of a car. His license was suspended for six months.
