WATERLOO BRIDGE.
ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS. NEW BUILDING MEASUREMENTS. (Official Wireless.) (Received August 2, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, August 1. The Waterloo Bridge, tenders for which were accepted this week, will he 80 feet wide, with two carriagewavs 27 feet wide and two side -walks 11 feet wide. Eacii of Hie five spans will lie about 238 feet, compared with 120 feet in the former bridge. The bridge has been designed by oir Giles Gilbert Scott.
