TE AROHA TERMINATING. Mr R. Sprague presided at the annual meeting of members. The report stated that 13 shareholders received refunds of subscriptions, aggregating £1634 13s ttd. leaving a further 13 refunds yet to he made. The financial statement showed a cash balance or receipts over expenditure of £124 14s id and accumulated funds at £963 65 Id. , The chairman said the year s operations had been very satisfactory He considered that In about two years the society would be fully liquidated, as there were now only 13 shareholders to receive refunds or subscriptions, anil redemptions were befng paid In regularly. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. Messrs. Gibbs. Wyborn and Mackla were re-elected to the directorate, anil Mr J. H. Johnson appointed to fill an extraordinary vacancy. Messrs. Rlndon. Champion and Leltch were appointed auditors.
