WALTON PRESBYTERIANS.

CHURCH’S ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting- of the Walton Presbyterian Church was held this week. The reports showed an excellent year s work in the ladies’ guild and Bible class. The mortgage on the church building had been reduced and plans were adopted for enclosing the property by a brick fence In front of the church and cyclone netting on the adjoining section. The outgoing committee was reappointed with the exception or one who had removed rrom the district. It was decided to ask Mr Fagan to fill the vacancy. Mr F. Scott was appointed secretary Tor a further term. Appreciation was expressed of the services rendered by the organists, Mrs F. Scott and Miss f. Jamieson. Congratulations were sent to Mr C. Given, senr., who recently passed his 97th birthday.
