The Full Court of the Supreme Court dismissed with oosts the application by Beaumont Tudor Shlels that the proprietors and publishers of Smith’s Weekly should be dealt with for alleged contempt of court for having published an article which was likely to prejudice the fair trial of an action begun by him against Lady Kingsford Smith, executrix of the will of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.
