Hanking Department: Rest £3 600,- . bankers’ deposits £104,300,000, other accounts £37,300.000, Government securities £114.400.000. discounts and advances £5,800.000. other securities £20.800.000. notes and coin £29,200,000. Rqtto of reserve to liabilities 19.18, The Bank of England discount rate remains unchanged at two per cent.
