MAE WEST’S MARRIAGE.

Copyright LOS ANGELES, July 30. # The Court has issued an order In the case of the firm actress Miss Mae West decreeing that she was married to Frank Wallace, vaudeville performer, on April 11, 1911. It refused a request by Wallace for an order decreeing that they were still man and wife. A message from Los Angeles on July 7 said : Miss Mae West, who for many years denied that she had ever been married, admitted to-day that Frank Wallace became her husband 26 years ago. The admission was made ns the result of a suit brought by Wallace to compel her to admit the relationship and to divide her property, which he alleges exceeds 100,000 dollars. The actress denied that she had lived with Wallace and alleged that he subsequently married again without being divorced from her.
