TO SETTLE IN ABYSSINIA. SEVERAL GROUPS LEAVING. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received July 31, 11 a.m.) ROME, July 30. A first group of 400 peasants from Romagna will go to Abyssinia on October 28 to settle in the Amhara region. Other groups will leave for Harrar In 1939 and for Sidamo in 1941.
