WAITOA DANCE.

SUCCESSFUL EVENING. A most successful dance was held in the Waitoa Hall recently, organised by the committee of the Sohool Queen (Miss Joan Clarke), in aid of the Te Aroha Queen Carnival. A large number was present, including visitors from all the surrounding districts. The supper arrangements were in the hands of a very capable ladles’ committee, and every credit is duo to them for the excellent organisation. Music was played by the Midnight Revellers’ Orchestra, and Mr A, E. Hinton was M.C. Among those present were:—Mesdames G. Deed. S. McNeil, P. Jackson, T. Moses. Misses S. Ward, Joan Clarke, A.
