Molselwitsch In New Zealand. Benno Moiseiwitsch, pianist, opened a tour of New Zealand at Christchurch on Thursday night. Two concerts will be given in each of the four centres. The first programme Included Ballade in F Major, Nocturne in G Major, Op. 37, No. 2 (Chopin), Two Preludes (Rachmaninoff), Suggestions Diaboliques (Prokofleff), La Maya a le Rossignol (Granados), Variations on a Theme by Paganini (Brahms). Hamilton Muslo Students. On Tuesday night Mr W. H. Kerridge, M.A., Mus. Bac., Examiner of the Trinity College of Music, London, will address the Hamilton Musio Students’ Association. His subject will be "British Music Through the Ages,” illustrated at the piano and by several unique gramophone records. Mr Iverridge has travelled widely and has lectured in many parts of the world, including India, Burma, Cypress. and Palestine. The evening should prove of great interest. Australian Tour by Austrian Singers. The Comedy Harmonists, a male party of six Austrians, who arrived at Fremantle’ last week in the Orford, under engagement to the Australian Broadcasting Commission, will open their Australian tour at Perth.

Providing a complete programme of light harmony and classics, the parly sings songs in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
