Thursday 30.00 Friday 30.25 Thermometer. Max. Mia. Wednesday 54 50 Thursday 56 49 Mean Temperature, 52.5 deg. The barometer reads 30.25 i and has very little movement. Fair to cloudy weather is indicated to-day and to-mor-row, with scattered showers, mild temperatures and westerly winds prevailing. The Rainfall. Rainfall for 24 hours ended 9 o’clock this morning, .02in. Rainfall for previous 24 hours, .49in. Rainfall for July to date, 3.54in. Average rainfall for July, 4.83in. Rainfall for year to date, 27.52 m. Average yearly rainfall, 46.32in. SPECIAL FORECAST. (By Govt. Meteorologist). The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist covering the WalkutoThcmes Vnlley Is as follows: Forecast: Light to moderate south-west to southerly winds. Weather fair to tine and mild. Seas slight to moderate. General Inference: An anticyclone is now located over the north Tasman Sea and extends on to the Dominion. Pressure is falling over south-eastern Australia.
