A message from Bridgetown, Barbados, states that three people were killed and 20 injured in riots by mobs as a protest against, the deportation of Clement Payne after he had been acquitted on a charge of making a false statement to the immigration* authorities. Riot Act was read. Much damage has been done to property. There is a likelihood of a call being made for a British warship.
