SAMOA ALL QUIET.
MESSAGE FROM TAMASEBE. DESIRE FOR GOODWILL. (By Telegraph.—press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The messages that passed between the actlng-Minister of Native Affairs, the Hon. F. Langstone and the actingAdminlstrator at Samoa and also between Mr Langstone and the chief Tamasese show that the position in Apia is normal. The police do not expeot further disorders. In a message to Mr Langstone Tamasese expresses regrets and repeats the desire of the Samoans to co-oper-ate with the Government to maintain peace and goodwill between tho Samoan and European citizens.
