NATIONAL PARTY.
ELECTORATE CHANGES. TE AROIIA DISORGANISATION. (Special to Times.) TE AROIIA, Tuesday. Recent activities of the Te Aroha committee of the New Zealand National Party have resulted in the enlistment of a number of new members. The proposed alteration of the electorate has caused a halt as supporters are apprehensive regarding the portions of the district to be principally affected. The transfer of Te, Aroha from Tauranga to Thames, and the cutting-off of the western districts to Hauraki is likely to result in a decided alteration in the districts’ voting strength. In the meantime it has been decided not, to send Te Aroha delegates lo the National Party conference to be held at, Tauranga.
