A threat that she would elope with Mr Harold Gatty, Pan-American Airways’ representative in New Zealand, Induced the parents of Fenna Bolderhey to withdraw their opposition to her marriage to the Australian. They were married at a private ceremony. Mrs Gatty is the daughter of Mr D. Bolderhey, of Amsterdam, who is a director of important sugar and rubber companies in the Dutch East Indies. She and Mr Gatty met in Honolulu early this year.
