HOCKEY DANCE.

PIRONGIA LADIES' OLUB. A large number of dancers from all parts of the district attended the annual danoe of the Pirongta Ladles’ Hockey Club recently. The arrangements were In the hands of the following members of a capable committee, Mesdames W. H. Bell and M. Hawley and Misses A. Bell (secretary of the club), Phyllis and Ivy Sifleet, Girlie Bejl, Dede Beet, Faith Mansfield and Thurza Butterworth. During the evening a delicious supper was served. Spring flowers decorated the supper tables. Novelty dances were won by Miss Georgina Bowden and partner and Miss A. Brown and partner. The Savoy Dance Band, of Hamilton, supplied the music, and Mr Jaok Macky was M.C.
