A post-moriem examination was con—ducted on the body of Arnold Sodeman, who was hanged for the murder of a small girl. It revealed that his brain was con—gested and showed a condition of early lepto meningitis. Medical opinion obtained to-day disclosed that lepio meningitis has no speclilc cause and no specific effect. but. it would lend to paralysis of the brain, thus musing menial trouble of various kinds.
