Kelly stated that. yesterday at about 6JO p.m. accused was driving a molar-car in \‘ictoria Street on the wrong side of the road and utter narrowly missing a car driven by 011‘ G. Sandford, at Hamilton, he was in\‘olved in a slight collision with a car driven by .\h- E. H. Cucksey. of Te Awamuiu. it was found that accused was in a stale of intoxication and had no driving license. He wa< taken to the police station, where a doctor confirmed the opinion regarding his condition. ‘
