Two charges of failing to pay ml employees their full wages Every‘ week, were preferred against Harry Richards by the Inspector of Factor.ies. in the Hamilton Magistrate‘s ‘Gourt yesterday before Mr S. L. Paterson :‘..\l. .\lr 1;. HA Hawlins. for the depart‘ | ment, stated that defendant was a welliborer and the charges were in re- ' spect to two employers. Arthur Noel I\\’tiitams and Walter Henry Thompson. Defendant. was to have paid Thompson £2 '25 per week and \\'ilIliams £3 per week, but only gave them money piece meal. and still owed them part. of their wages. The department. had written to him on numerous occasions and had finally given him seven days' notice. but he had no‘ paid. He was convicted and fined 10! “-m] costs on each charge. :1:NEW AERODROME.
