They point out that the new‘ ‘ “stay in" strike movement is a very grave development, infringing the ele-l mentary rules of order and discipline \ Following upon the intervention of the French Government, which de-‘ precates the cessation of work in thei munition and aeroplane factories. the‘ owners will meet the strikers to-mor-row. i The strikers have evacuated many establishments. but it is estimated that there are still H.OOO “staying in."
