Sir James Parr, High Commissioner for New Zeaiuncl, during a welcome luncheon to me delegation of New Zealand farmers. expressed the opinion that the Anglo-Dominion trade agreement should he more bilateral. “If two Dominions have different, tariffs against Britain it is not right that, both should receive similar treatment," said Sir James. Referring to the Labour Government in New Zealaml, Sir James said it was ireuiing him \\oil. "\\'o are excellent friends," he said.
