Cheaper Power.—The Auckland Electric Power Board, at a meeting yesterday decided to reduce the price of power on accounts rendered on and after July 1. The aggregate concession to consumers will aggregate £57,310. For domestic supply for the first 36 units a month the rate will he 3d a unit, and that for the balance 3d a unit. The rate for commercial lighting has been made in the high units from 4d to 3d and the radiator rat* lias been similarly reduced.
