'The ex—port of goods to Italy was prohibited. and the export of arms ammunition and other implements or war. The resulatlons also gene the Governor-(ion—-eral power by Order-in—Council to prohibit the export of general goods to ltuly. The Bill covered everything. for when {department of State closed the doors it was not likely to leave any windows open. The whole matter would be reviewed by the League on June 16.__
