POSITION IN HAMILTON. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT. Suggestions tor the improvement, of tranic control in Hamilton were made by Mr C. E. Shakeshat‘t, of Hamilton. in a letter which rame before the Hamilton Borough Council last, even—ing‘ .\lr Shakeshaft pointed out. that most. or the trains inspectors in the larger centres were mainly concerned with seeing that. motorists adhered to an already prescribed plan and regulations. but did not. have anything to do with the actual institution of the plan.
