The Australian .\leat Board 10-day announced the quantities of chilled and frozen beef and veal available for export to the United Kingdom in the _sec--ond and last quarters of this year and for the period July 1 to the expiry of the Anglo—Argentine meat agreement on November 11. The quantities, which exceed those of the corresponding period of last year, arez—July 1 to October 30. 671,832 cwt.; July 1 to November 11, 321,385rwt.; July 1 to December 31. 1.0053165 ch The totals for all the States’ frozen and chilled beef are respectively. 857,832, 1,052,285 and 1,283,865cw1. _ Australia‘s allocation 0! beei' and veal shipments for the second half of 1935 \\'as 1,150,000 cwt., including 160,000cfi't. of chilled ‘beei’. For the first half of 1936 a quota or 571,000cwt. was agreed to. The Anglo-Argen-tine agreement was for three years from May, 1933, six months' notice of termination being required.
