Seddon, it brought out a splendid field of ‘25 shooters and resulted in n win for .\. Milieu, with \\'i Sharp runner—up. Results—- ; Trophy shoot, 15 birds—The fol‘lowing shot the possible: J. Knight then dropped his next, Sharp dropped his 47th bird, and Aitken. got. his to win the trophy. The winner is the son of the president of the Morrinsville Gun Club (.\lr \\'. J. Aitken) and elder brother of A. J. Aithen, the Waikatu Rugby and cricket captain. His win was very popular, as he was one o! the yodngest competitors. Second iO—bird handicap—W.
