FAREWELL PARTY. A very well attended party was held in the Library at, Pirongia on Thursday evening in honour of Mr and Mrs Geo. \Vatkins. who are, leaving Pirongia. Music and games passed a very Jolly evening. On behalf of their many friends Mr Gordon B'ainbridge presented Mr and Mrs “'aikins with a handsome fireside chair in token of the esteem in which they are. held in the district. Supper and the sinking of “For They Are Jolly Good Fellows," and “Auld Lang Syne“ concluded the evening.‘ Good wishes were extended to Mr andl Mrs Watkins as they left, to take. up‘ their residence in 'Te Awamulu, ‘ DENTAL CLINIC. ‘ A Paddys Market, in airl of funds for the Denial Clinir was held in the‘ Memorial llnll, Pirongia, on \\‘ednes—day.
