Containing a. comparison of thl board's operations over the last titre! years, an interesting statement we! presented at the annual meeting oi the Te Awamutu Electric Power Board to-day. The load connected to the board's mains showed a steady increase throughout the period under review. a total increase of 985.006 kw. being recorded. The total load at March 31. 1934, was 6473,33! k.w. this figure having increased to 6851.192. during the following 12 months. and to 7458.337 k.\v. by March 31 of this year. The year ended March 3!. 193 A. yielded a revenue of £28.85? 59 id. showing a decrease on the previous year of 1.6 per cent. but a rise of 5.5 per cent was registered in the following year. when the revenue totalled ‘ 5230.162 its 6d. At March 31. 1936. la derrease oi’ 2.7 per cent was ret'ordod. \\hen the revenue was £29.3‘6 55 4d.
