Hamilton. report on their Otorohanga stock sale held yesterday as follows: There was a scattering only of good bee! cows and heifers with about average numbers of medium i'al. store and boner cows. Rates did not fluctuate to any noticeable extent and a complete clearance was readily effected. A pen of Hereford run cows and of Hereford mixed sex calves sold briskly under strong competition. A small number of dairy cows and hell'ors realised former Values. while several pens of calves. too. sold at stable prices. In the sheep section fat and forward lambs predominated. but there were as well several odd lots 0! fat ewes and wethers. Store lambs were in fair supply. A bright sale took place for the store and fat lambs while ewes and wethers met with a firm market. Blackxmn as follows: The attendance of buyers was only small. but all were keen to secure supplies and consequently the heard sold extremely well. i All were young cows due early and the most satis actory average of £6 was obtained. Nothing was unsold of Mr Blackmsn‘s stock.
