Civil Action.—ln the civil claim heard at Invercargill, in which Stan Robertson, through his guardian, sued Archibald Thomson for damages totalling £2707. after 20 minutes’ retirement the jury returned a verdict for £243 10s 9d special damages and £2500 general damaecs Judgment was entered in fav6u fl for £2*743 10s 9d. with costs and disbursement*.
