MR W. J. POLSON’S SERVICES. HASTINGS, Wednesday. At a large meeting of farmers, representing Poverty Bav, Wairoa and Hawke’s Bay, held at Wairoa yesterday, the following resolution was carried unanimously: " That this meeting heartily applauds the work that Mr W. J. Poison lias done on behalf of the farmers of Now Zealand as president ..r Hie ! Farmers' Union and as a member of jibe House of Representatives.' l
