COUP IN BOLIVIA.

GOVERNMENT FALLB. AFTERMATH OF WAR. A MINIMUM OF DISORDER. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. CopJrljht. BUENOS AIRES. May 18. According to reports from Las Paz. the capital of Bolivia, the Government of that Republic fell to-day after a bloodless coup d’etat by a junta composed of Army officers and civilian Socialists. The unrest among the people Is the aftermath of the war with Paraguay, whose war Government also was overthrown recently. Whereas the new Paraguayan Government is Fascist, however, the new regime formed in La Paz to-day appears to be of Leftist Inclination. To-day’s coup was effected with a minimum of disorder. The Junta appeared at the Palace and demanded the resignation of the President. Senor Lul Sorzano, which request was immediately complied with. Senor Sorzano himself acquired power through a coup in 1934. ___________
