HAMILTON BEBBIONB. THE CRIMINAL LIST.

Seven criminal cases are set down for hearing at the session of the Supreme Court at Hamilton, opening on Wednesday, May 27.

Six charges, involving unnatural offences, are alleged against one person; and a native will be called upon to defend a charge of attempted rape. Two persons are charged conjointly of theft, and one with assault, causing bodily harm and theft from the person. There_Js one case of alleged mischief and attempted false pretence, and two counts of alleged negligent driving causing death complete the calendar.
