DAIRY PRODUCE.

WINTER BHOW DIBPLAY. JUDGING COMMENCED TO-DAY With fifteen officers of the Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture engaged, the Judging of the butter and eheese sections at the Waikato Winter Show was commenced to-day. Over 1200 entries have been received for the dairy section at this year’s show, and the Judging will occupy several days.

The following are the judges:— Messrs. W. Dempster (Hamilton), E. C. Wood (Auckland), C. Stevenson (Wellington), J. Wainscott (Napier), W. Crawford, D. Howell (New Plymouth), H. Barnett, M. Foster, T. Henry (Auckland), J. J. Walker (Patea), L. Morrison (Whangarei), H. Petch (Christchurch), E. Melton, H. Foy, G. Batt (Hamilton).

The chief judges are Messrs Dempster, Wood, and Stevenson.
