Miss Southwell Piper DRINKS 60 CUPS TEAaOAY Almost only Food of Tireless Woman (From the “Daily Mirror,” London, February 3rd, 1936.) More than sixty cups of tea a day and a few # slices of bread and butter are the only nourishment of a remarkable Bristol woman. On this diet she does some sixteen hours' hard work in her florist’s shop in Union Street, Bristol. Always on the go, no assistant can keep pace with her tireless energy. She never takes a holiday, never stops to have a solid meal, and her appearance is amazingly youthful. Ever Since Childhood “I drink fifteen cups at every meal,” said Miss Piper. “First thing in the morning I have a cup of tea. I couldn't exist without it. 1 have been doing this since I was a little girl, when Mother used to say ‘Let her have another cup to keep her quiet.’” Miss Piper teems with vitality and has never known a single day’s illness. And all this she ascribes to her sixty cups of tea a day. Miss Piper studied the tea she drank and knew the importance of good tea to good health... just as “Amber Tips” is so widely appreciated in this country. Choice Empire Tea
