WOOLPACK PRICES.
FIXED BY REGULATION. MAXIMUM RATES ANNOUNCED. The Board or Trade (Woodpacksi Regulations. fixing the price or woolpacks, are announced In the Gazette. They provide the maximum price at which a woolpack may he sold to a purchaser purchasing Tor his own use, Tro delivery on board boat or on rail or ex store at Auckland. Weidnarton, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Timaru and Riurr. The prices are fixed at 3s 4d Tor a woolrack 12 hv 27 by 07 Inches. 3s 7d for a ■woolsack by 27 by 27 inches, and 3s lOd for a woolpack r> I by 27 by 27 inches. in tba ease or -ale for delivery at any ether point tharr one or those mentioned, the price shall be increased by a sum equal to the reasonable cost of transportmi? such woolpack to the point of delivery. No person shall sell any woolpack at a price other than the respective prices specified unless he i- satisfied thai the purchaser is acquiring: the woolpack Tor resale and not Tor his own use. in order to assist nic \rw /iMi.ind wool park industry, the Government Is insisting: on the use of one flax pack in every three the Government has secured rrom stock and station agents and others details or their requirements for the coming sea son.
