There were 48 s players participating from various clubs, from Palmerston North to Auckland. Included in this tournament is probably J the oldest goir cup in competition in New I Zealand. It is the original Okorotre Cup I dating from 1908. The rules of this contj petition are that It must be played for j on the Okorotre links, over 36 holes or handicap medal play, it Is open to any player in New Zealand.
