SUCCESSFUL DANCE.
GIRLS’ FRIENDLY SOCIETY. FUNCTION AT CAMBRIDGE. A most successful dance was held in the Parish Hall, Cambridge, on Thursday evening by the Girls’ Friendly Society. The hall was tastefully decorated I with streamers of the club colours, | maroon and gold. j Excellent music was played by Clayton’s Dance Band and extras by Mr Hess Beange. Novelty dances were won by Miss S. Richardson and Mr N. Dix, Miss Daisy Wallace and Mr Steer (Te Awamutu). A dainty supper was served by the ladies’ committee. Air F. Hicks was M.C.
