Weather fair at first, but clouding over and later scattered rains developing. Temperatures mild. Seas slight to moderate. General Inference: Pressure is still high over New Zealand, but a shallow depression is crossing the South Island, and its northern extension still lies over the Tasman Sea. A very intense antl-oyclone is advancing on to the south Tasman
