Two air companies and four shipping companies, including the Union Steam Ship Company, are planning to co—ordinate the inter-capital air ser—vices ot Australia. They have formed a new company, with a capital of £500,000. to be known as Australian National AirwayS. This company will be the most powerful aviation group operating in Australia. It is believed that ulti—mately it will extend its operations to New Zcuiantt and New Guinea. SERVICE TO ISLANDS.
