_.— MATANGI LADIES' GUILD. , i ~—- i The monthly social afternoon of the: .\latangi St, David's Guild was held ini the Hall on Friday, when there was a‘ large attendance. 1 A very enjoyable ii-me was spent-l in competitions and flag five hundred; The winners of ihe cards were Mes—g denies Johns, Hunter and Taylor. Mrs! Hunter also being the winner of a} competition. Mrs J. Ransteud andl Mrs H. Taylor tied in a guessing com—petition. Afternoon tea was served by the» hostesses, Mesdames Coventry and A. Jamieson.
