Probably that point will not he reached but "union fever" has certainly reached Parliament buildings. Every session a large body of men known as Parliamentary messengers is employed to look after the wants or members. The Job is a sessional one only but. each session sees little vari—ation in the personnel of the staff. It. Comes under the heading of seasonal (or session” occupation.
