KITCHEN EVENING.
HAPPY FUNCTION. A kitchen evening. tendered at the Manawaru Hall to Miss L. VVrlght and Mr \V. Eliott, 0n the eve of their approaching marriage, was largely at—tended hy district friends. A very happy evening was spent with games. competitions and community singing. There was a large number of gift parcels, A duet was contributed by Dr. and Mrs Martin and a 15010 by Mrs Glover.
