A charge of driving In a maimer dangerous to the public was preferred against John McKenxie. of Te Aroha. iu the Morrinsville Magistrate’s Court before Mr S. L. Paterson. S.M. Constable J. McMullan stated that McKenxie was driving from Auckland to Te Aroha on February 19 when hla car capsized near ltoe-o-(alnui after passing another car. Two passengers in the back seat sustained lnjttr.es. Th* police alleged that defendant was driving at a fast *pee<L After hearing e\flencv by a passenger. Douglas Jamieson, the driver of tha other car. and of defendant, the magistrate said he would comic! defendant.
