ALLEGED THEFT.

A REMAND GRANTED. HAMILTON MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Allan Edward Taylor, single, aged 25 years, charged with the theft of £45 11s at Hamilton, the property t>f his brother, Raymond Charles Taylor, was remanded to October 8 in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning. Detective A.- J. White informed Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., that accused was arrested on warrant at Taupo last Tuesday, and at the time of his arrest was going under another name. Bail was fixed at £IOO in two sureties of £SO each.
