Indications are for fair weather during the next 24 hours'; warmer temperature and light variable winds; 8 degrees of frost were registered this morning. Mean •temperature, 46.5 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for .24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for strong winds, northerly to westerly, moderate to freshening at times. There is a prospect of fair weather. Temperature* mild. Barometer unsteady.
